Exclusive moments for young girls aged 11 to 15, guided and accompanied by Estelle.
A space created within a sacred environment to form a deeper connection with ourselves and our emotions. We discuss emotions, learn to embrace and manage them during our lunar cycle and in the course of our everyday lives. We aim to activate the creativity that lies within each of us, and to welcome and celebrate our moon cycles (our periods) as part of our feminine power, in our journey on Earth, our healing, and the healing of Mother Earth.

Un espace créé dans un environnement sacré pour établir une connexion plus profonde avec nous-mêmes et nos émotions. Nous discutons des émotions, apprenons à les accueillir et à les gérer pendant notre cycle lunaire et au cours de notre vie quotidienne. Nous visons à activer la créativité qui réside en chacune de nous, et à accueillir et célébrer nos cycles lunaires (nos règles) comme faisant partie de notre pouvoir féminin, dans notre voyage sur Terre, notre guérison, et la guérison de la Terre Mère.
